Sung-Il High Torque Disk Coupling Long type is a long type SHD clutch designed using computerized simulation and maximizing plate spring quality. This clutch functions to transmit torque when there is a long distance between the two shafts. The structural system is a 1 part structure that combines 2 SHD couplings using a shaft in the middle (middle shaft) between the two couplings. The SHDL series clutch has a plate spring with the same number of mounting holes as the SHD series. Its function is to increase the strength and stiffness of the torque so that precision increases. The addition of mounting holes on this plate spring also serves to distribute greater torque.

In the SHDL series, the bushings have been combined on the plate spring. Its function is to protect the plate spring from overload and misalignment. The size of the outer diameter of the bushings is greater than the diameter of the mounting hole on the plate spring, so that the clutch has resistance to angular, parallel misalignment, or end-play.

- Moment of low inertia because it is made of aluminum alloy
